Sexing new baby chicks

I have new chicks hatching as we speak! I need to know how to sex them, everywhere i look on line says its very difficult. I cant find any photos or diagrams of anything, i wondered if anyone out there may have information or the name of a good book i could use to try to attempt to sex these little ones? How do you vent sex? I need some guidance please?

Unless they are sex-linked,breed for feather sexing or you can vent sex there is no way to tell......
