Sexing Silkies

So if I'm understanding correctly, Silkies, unlike most other birds, have showier females than males? The ones with the big floofy crests are pullets?
Yes, the males will have a thinner poof on top with a more uneven appearance due to the streamers. The females will have a thicker, rounder poof. The females will usually also have little to no wattles and a small comb while the males will have a larger comb and wattles.
 
Anybody have any idea on these? I think white rooster, black hen and buff hen?
