Sexing spanish turkey

Please forgive me if this has been discussed before but I am a newbie to BYC and dont know my way around yet.
How old are Spanish turkeys before you can tell the difference between male and female? I can see a beard coming in but I read that both male and females can have them. I only have one so I have nothing to compare to.

I feel you can make an educated guess by 3months. Helps to have a lot of birds to compare. If a beard is coming in, very high chance it's a tom. Hens can also develop beards, but I've noticed my bearded Hens didn't rely start forming a beard until over a year old. If it has large caruncles on lower neck and lost the feather mohawk, it's probably a tom. Pics would help.

What sex did they end up being? I’m especially curious because I have four black Spanish poults, and the suspense is killing me!
