Sexing speckled sussex?

Can they be sexed at day 1 like Welsummers, going by the chipmunk pattern?

Just my two cents, I'm no expert by any means on Speckled Sussex, but we ordered a bunch from Murray McMurray and you couldn't tell by looking at them which was which.....and they were both sexes.

Might be we weren't looking hard enough?

Since sussex are so similar as chicks- was hoping it would work for them too.
