Sexlink wild type chick

We juat hatched a clutch, and got a little baby who is wild-type (chipmunk), but the stripe down the back and other markings are almost obscured by the the baby's intense mahogany color. If you look closely you can see the markings. Anyone who knows about sexlink genetics, that would make the babe a female, is that right? My phone wont let me post pictures to the forum (bummer), otherwise I would show our what she looks like. Not sure the breed of the chick, possibly a barnyard mutt, or a clean faced EE.
