SF blue bantam silkie rooster

Hello!
I have a lovely, friendly, 16 week old Blue bantam silkie(I think?) who needs to be re-homed. He currently lives with 2 chickens, in a run that’s 8 square feet plus out door garden space. He enjoys being picked up and petted, and likes to follow me around.
