SF East Bay flock needs a new home :(

We love our flock but are losing our home. We may need to rehome our flock in order to find a new place for my family. Our 2 silkie roosters, and our 4 hens (1 silkie, 1 Polish crested, 1 araucana, and 1 Rhode Island red) have been loved by my 2 daughters for years. It's breaking their hearts to let them go. It would be great if someone local could take them and allow my girls to visit and care for them.
 
She is bantam but I'm trying to keep the group together. She is 17 years old, still laying eggs, and has been with the others for several years!
 
I think that would be too rough on the older ones. Where are you?
