Shakes head when I talk

My rooster shakes or moves his head when I talk to him and when I crow at him he spins his head around like parrots do I don’t understand he only does it when I talk to him

Most chickens will do this to some degree.
Even some of my hens when I sweet talk them.
I also notice some roosters will shake their head when another rooster crows.
