Share your technics on AI (Artificially Inseminate)

I would like to hear what your best methods are that work for you when AI'ing or extracting from the Rooster. I have some large well muscled Roo's that I am having trouble with, please share your technics for us.

This is not exactly what your looking for, but we all giggle every now and then...This link is one from Karl Rau a known AI breeder from Maine (has blood lines outside of Maine too) and I believe taught the method also....
