Sharing you chicken hobby. ever passed the bugg? *Other rambles

kay I really want to share my hobby in my area and met the other chicken people. I also want to be able to share abit with my neibors... I am always worried my roo may bug my neibors. How would I invite them in on eggs or chicken (Live or dressed?) .

How are your chickens seen in your neiborhood?

Do you know anyone else that has poultry?

Oh this is a touchy subject.

You may open a can of worms with your neighbors or they may love you.

Tell us a bit about your set up. How much land do you have? How close are your closest neighbors. Are you zoned to have chickens and a roo, meaning are they legal?

For me, I live on 4 acres and my neighbors are far enough away that they do hear my 7 roosters, but they have never complained, but in the past we had a neighbor (since moved) that did not like our chickens, roosters, dogs, kids, etc.. They had other life issues that caused them to be bitter and we eventually worked through it.
