She’s shaking her head , ruffling her feathers making noises

I have a two-year-old hen that started making noises like when they are molting, she shakes her head and shakes her feathers. I looked on top of her nose that seems like there might be some scabs or something. Not sure if her comb is looking ok The blue is cause. I just sprayed her with some blue kote. I tried to upload a video of her, but I can’t figure out how to upload videos.

I use the blue kote because I thought maybe it was from the other hens that could be the reason for the marks on her comb
