She is a pretty pullet, right?

This is a 15 week EE, that I've been going back & forth on whether pullet or cockerel. I had finally decided pullet but then today I noticed what looks to me like fluff starting to come in around the back/tail area...please tell me I'm just seeing things & this isn't the start of saddle feathers...please? I bought 6 EEs (from a pullet bin at a TSC) at the beginning of June & so far I know 2 are cockerels, this one I'm not so sure about. Oh & she/he has been the meanest of the bunch from the get go, not sure if that matters any

Pullet. Easter Eggers have weird feather patterns sometimes, but it's not a cockerel for sure.
