She squatted, how long untill laying starts( she is bantam and Its winter)

Hi guys, my pullet who is 75% japanese bantam and 25% cochin bantam started squatting for me once on 7th jaunary and for cockerel daily. Her comb and wattles got bigger and more red. Space between pelvic bones is 2 fingers(2-4 mm smaller). How many days you think untill she lays and will she lay considering winter. And if any of you might know what her egg production number will be. Thanks.
