She (Jean) was supposed to be one of two Black Sexlinks that I ordered but the man I bought her from said she was a mutant...Can anyone tell me what she is??? I think she is gorgeous

Looks like a black sex link to me, mine was like yours, until she feathered out. They are very pretty after they have all their feathers.

If he called it a mutant, he probably meant that it was a mix. You can't breed a black sexlink hen with a black sexlink rooster and come out with a sexlink - it would just be a mix. If those legs really are green, then it does not have two sexlink parents, but is mixed with something else.
