she won't stand up, im scared

hello, one of my chickens escaped last night and we found her sitting in the garden with a few feathers missing from her wings. We have moved her into the shade of my coop with water and food and she is eating, drinking and pooping but won't stand up. Ive checked her legs they seem fine but shes struggling to grip with her feet. Ireally don't know whats going on and Im worried about her. Ive looked into egg bound but thats not it.

I don't know what might be the issue but chickens heal amazingly well from attacks usually. Give her a day and see how it looks tomorrow.
