shed into coop

I have a 4 by 8 shed. I want to turn in to chicken coop. Where do I begin?

1) Your shed can hold no more than 8 chickens! Giving each 4sqr feet.
2) You need to add 2-3 nesting boxes. 12x12x12 or 14x14x14.
3) You need some roosts!
4) Ventilation!
5) You need a run. If you get eight chickens, you need 8x10 run.
6) CHICKENS!
