Any chance that chemicals from the shelf liner in my incubator will fumigate my unhatched ducklings?
Hopefully I’m being paranoid. I’m using shelf liner during lockdown for the first time to keep the ducklings from getting splay leg. I’ve read lots of people do that. But it’s giving off a pretty strong smell and after adding it to the incubator (when I removed the timer), I’ve seen far less wiggling. That could be because the eggs are on a grippy surface and can’t roll as easily.
I don’t have the label for this shelf liner anymore so I don’t know what it’s made of
