I have 20 white crested and 9 black east indies ducks on order. It says the white crested are a medium size duck and that the black east indies are a bantam sized duck. I had planned on housing them together. Will this be ok? Does anyone else have this kinda situation that can maybe relieve my angst? If this won't work I would like to know soon so I can change the order and just get one breed. I just really want a LOT more critters, but I don't want to have to build 10 different coops for all the things I want..

on a side note... does anyone know if pheasants and quail can be housed together or are the pheasants too big for them and would prolly kill the quail... thx all...

They will all be day old chicks from Meyer Hatchery. I don't have anything but goats and hatching eggs atm, but ive got big plans.

Real good to know I only have to build two coops for now. I am going to build one for the ducks down by the pond and one for the chickens back behind the house in the woods.
Thanks for the info on the pheasants, I've never had any, but they look beautiful in the magazines.
