She's broody

So she was back in the nest I went to collect Goldie's egg and yep there she was. However this time she had not collected Goldie's egg and when I pet her she left the box on her own accord. I'm thinking this is a good sign and she has not gone broody again. I think I'll block the nest box tonight again just to play it safe.
I was thinking it will take a couple of days for her to start laying again. Is that correct?
