Shipped chicken eggs mistake

I just recieved 6 shipped chicken eggs and let them set for 1 hr, was that not enough time.....? Is it too late to take them out of the incubator and let them set for more time?

No it's ok. Did the air cells look ok?
I would turn the turner off until tomorrow though.

The air cells look okay just not centered, theyre a bit off to the side.

They usually are a bit. It can be helpful to trace the outline of the air cell with a pencil and mark each line with the day (today is day 0, tomorrow is day 1).
I am unsure of the exact interval— I think it’s the day you set them (today for you) then each week when you candle them, and finally the last outline @ lockdown. I’m sure someone will correct me if that’s wrong.
Being able to monitor the air cell size is important to judging the overall health and development of your eggs.
