shipped egg question

When eggs are shipped they are suppose to settle for 8 hours. During that settle am I suppose to tilt them 3 times a day as well?

You dont need to turn. I let mine sit for 8 hours on my bookshelf. Then into the bator

thanks that is what I did with my last hatch, got a poor hatch, this one I tilted a little

I put mine on one sheet of bubble wrap and kept each egg next to eachother. My room temp is about 75-80F. After 8 hours I put them in the bator. Got a 95% hatch.

I always unwrap mine and set them big end up in an egg carton from anywhere 8 to 24 hours before setting them in the bator...

Everyone does things different it seems....

I just unpack them, sit them in an egg carton on a table in the main room for about 8 hours or till I'm satisfied they've come up to room temp. Dont even touch them till I put them in the bator.
