I often get eggs shipped like that, you'll probably get them tomorrow. Usually mine come mon or tues if they are sent Sat but not always. They do lose make mistakes really very often.
But if they're well handled the extra couple/few days isn't that big a deal, mishandling/over heating/crushing are the real problems.
I've hatched eggs over five weeks old. I've hatched refridgerated eggs, eggs gathered muddy and near frozen.
Cooked and crushed are harder to recover from than age or cold.
Just let them rest upright 24 hours before you put them in and if they look roughed up you can set them in a carton upright in the incubator for a day or two after you set them to give the aircell a good chance to re-establish position. Once I left them upright after a particularly bad shipment for a week. All of those hatched despite some very weird lose and broken aircells when they got here.
