I just orderd six shipped eggs and have a few questions. Please help!

1. Should I take them out of the shipping container as soon as they arrive?
2. Once they arrive, how long should I wait to put them in the incubator?
3. Has anyone orderd eggs and gotten 100% hatch rate?

With only six eggs ordered, I'm just praying to get one male and one female to adulthood.

Take them out and let them rest. Resting time varies but I usually let them rest overnight before setting.

I have got 100% hatch from my own eggs, and my customers have got 100% hatch from my eggs that were shipped. You should not count on a perfect hatch. Good is 50%, anything above that is grave. There are many factors involved and it is hard for a perfect hatch on shipped eggs. Most shippers will include extras in the shipment so hopefully you will get at least one of each, but it is possible to end up with all roosters or all pullets.
