Shipping 2 week old chicks (what type of packing?)

How do you go about shipping 2 week old chicks? I would like to purchase 15 Red Broilers from a member about 3 hours south of me he will have to ship them to me. What is the best method?

Anything over a day old must be shipped Express USPS.
