Shipping Chickens?

I am starting a small chicken business raising laying hens to sell. I am wondering how to ship a grown bird though? I know it is possible and that is costs quite a bit of money but I am just not sure how to ship a grown chicken safely and not have problems. Does anyone know how to ship them where the birds would arrive in good condition?
