Shipping Chicks Across The Border

Does anybody know if you can ship chicks from a hatchery located in the USA to Canada? I would assume that the cost would be extremely high and that paperwork would be required, but is it feasible?

It can be done legally with the proper paperwork. Another member recently checked with the Guinea Farm and learned that they charge an extra $100 for the required paperwork.
