I am going to buy some eggs on line and have them shipped.

I was going to wait until the first of April but patience is not my strong suit.

So with many areas of the country still experiencing cold weather (including me) will the success rate be any differenct then warm weather?

I have done this twice before and the success rate was 60% both times using broody hens.

I have been told if you get more than 50% it's a good hatch. That has held true for me in my shipped egg hatches.
