shipping notification

I was just wondering when I'll know if my ducklings & goslings have shipped.

Today is my ship date for my goslings from Metzer. Does that mean that they're definitely shipping today?

Today is also the first possible ship date I got from Holderread's for my ducklings.

I'm just going a little crazy, checking my email every hour or two.

LOL, I know what you mean! I have an order being shipped today. And there is a problem with our phone line that the phone company has to come out and repair, so I am just freaking out that it won't be fixed in time to get the call from the P.O. I hope I don't end up having to go down there for the next 2-3 days at o'dark thirty. If they gave you a ship date, and haven't notified you as to a delay, most likely they went out today. Congratulations! What did you order?

I'm getting 2 female geese from Metzer: a toulouse and an african. My ship date was supposed to be yesterday. I also have 10 runners & 5 welsh harlequins coming from Holderread's. My first possible ship date from them was yesterday, too. I've heard that other people who've ordered from Holderread's get a phone call or email once their order has shipped.

Between not knowing if my birds have shipped, and waiting for 3 of my female alpacas to give birth, I'm going a little crazy!

I've heard that most people who order from Holderreads get their e-mail on Tuesday nights. My 6 Fawn & White Runners, 6 Welsh Harlequins, and 2 Sebastopol geese were supposed to ship last week from holderreads. Never got an e-mail. This week is an alternate week, lets hope I get an e-mail tonight!

I bet you are! Alpacas are so cute! You are going to have your hands full with all the ducks. I have 5 Pekin, and 10 Kahkis coming and 15 chicks. We still have 10 Muscovies brooding in the house as well along with some bantam chicks. Here's to good weather, and getting them all outside!

I've never gotten a notification from Metzers. They ship when they say will ship. Your notification will come from the post office when they receive them, and they want you to come get them.

I got my order last week from metzer. I was shocked that they didn't send and e-mail to notify me that my order had shipped. Everything went as planned though and I got my animals on Wednesday. However the post office never called me to say they had arrived and they sat outside in the box until I just showed up around noon. So I definitely recommend that you get on the post office early and keep bugging them until they say, Come and get them PLEASE!!!

The post office knows to be on the lookout for them, so hopefully they'd have called if one of my orders came in. The people at the post office know us quite well, too. Hopefully, I'll get a call from them tomorrow.

Have you got an e-mail from Holderreads yet? I haven't, the wait is so hard!!! I hope I don't have to wait another week (next week is my last alternate date)
