Stupid cheap bater!! it won't regulate!! When I looked in just a min ago it was 114!!!! !freken 14

I don't know if they would live at such a high temp. I know it was not that high for long because I check the temp in that bator all the time. i have guniea eggs and an assortment of egg in there. I candled but its really too early (3 days on the guineas 6 on the other eggs.) I'm ready to return the stupid bator and give them my minds worth. Is all lost? Crystal

Its possible that all is lost but don't give up hope. Last year I noticed my bator heated up to 112 and I didn't know how long it was like this but assumed it had been for a few hours. I moved the eggs out to a broody hen and 9/12 hatched. I hope you have similar luck!
