SHORT EGG? WILL IT HATCH?

I've never had my hen lay an egg like this before.Her eggs usually look like the one on the left.Will it still hatch or will it be too small?.

it looks fine to me but, I am not an eggspert... Beautiful Ameraucana eggs! Do you have pictures of her?
