Two of my RIRs have a chalky white residue on their fluffy butts, is this something I should be worrie about. They seem fine otherwise. FYI, one of these girls consitantly lays eggs with soft eggshells, that crush under her. She is only one of 14 hens that lays soft eggs, they all free range several hours a day, get good quality laying ellets, oyster shell and as many green scraps as 2 people can make.
