Our 4 month old white Cochin Bantam named Tiny got herself into the chick coop while I was busy switching the water for the three 3 wk old chicks. She didn't attack them like I assumed she would but considering she's a timid and gentle pullet I guess she wouldn't hurt anyone. She's still inside with them but is only pecking at the feed.

Should I still be concerned in case she does attack them?
Is it okay for me to let her sleep in with them?

I know Cochins are very gentle but with her only being 4 months old, I'm not completely sure about her being near them.

Bedtime for them will be very soon.

Only current picture of her from a month ago:
She's the white one by herself in the corner.

I would not be to concerned, I have a Maran pullet who is 5 months old, she has never attacked a young chick, I would not be surprised if your girl was just a friendly youngster like my maran. You still might want to take her out just to be safe though.

I allowed her to sleep with them inside last night and they were still alive when I let her out this morning. She must have been keeping them extra warm because when I picked each up to look for any injuries, they were hot to the touch. She actually refused to move from the spot I set her down but finally got up when I began pouring the feed.
