Should i bring my 12 week old chickens in when it rains??????

My 5 12 week old chickens freerange in my garden, i leave the door to their house open, so they can go in at anytime, but it began to rain quite heavily but they still did not go back in their house, they seem to be enjoying the rain, should i put them back in their house and shut the door, or shall i leave them?? Will they get ill if they get wet???

Mine do the same, but I usually run them into the coop anyway. Not really sure it matters much

They'll do as they wish. Some don't like the rain as much and do inside the coop and watch it. Others, seem to revel in the rain. It's their choice.

here in western washington, if i put them inside when it rained they wouldn't get out much..... leave the door open, when they get tired of the rain they'll go in..... i think they are happier doing what they want.....
