Should I butcher or keep my drakes?

I currently have 1 full grown drake and 1-2 young drakes I only have 8 hens though. Should I butcher or keep them? I'm curious what you all think

Don't worry fatty I'm keeping every single one of my drakes. If I somehow get more drakes than hens I'm selling them (I'll also make sure that the person who is buying my drake won't butcher him)

If you only have 8 hens, I would separate/rehome/butcher two of the drakes.

I assume that different breeds could behave differently, such as the drakes being more aggressive, we have four runner duck drakes and seven runner hens, nine until a few weeks ago, that ratio seems to work. Would be interesting to hear others perspective.

I would make two separate flocks.

Butchering isn't an option for me, though I know a lot of members do and I respect their choices. I'm sure a lot members think my choices are ridiculous.

But my adult male is already happy with his 2 females. Wouldn't my other drakes be fine as well?
