Should I cull my baby chick?

I have a baby silkie chick that is maybe 2 days old. It appears to have severe wry neck and just peeps all the time and keeps its eyes closed a lot. It is so deformed that it almost looks bent over backwards and it can not move in normal positions. I have never had this happen before and I love my babies but I'm wondering if the best thing to do would be to cull it? I also wonder what would be the most humane way to do this.

I'm so sorry. I don't know whether you can do anything about this condition or not. If it won't or can't eat or drink, there's not much you can do, though.

To me, humane = quick. Sharp scissors or pruning shears.
