Should I cull this hen?

She is ex battery, I brought her on 13th january, she stopped laying after first week and started molting. Her pelvic bones got back together and for few past days she isn't herself, she got runny yellow poop, doesn't move much, naps almost whole day, eats little and is weak. I also noticed today bulge near her vent. It is quite golf ball sized and medium to low thickness. She also lost weight. I don't think it is egg binding since she isn't laying for month. I think I should cull her and use her for cats. I searched and it looks like hernia. Should I cull her and end her pain? Thank you

Only you can determine what shape she's in, but if you feel that she is suffering and in pain, then putting her out of her misery is a kindness.
