Should I deworm?

I was wondering if I should deworm my chickens, they are 14 weeks and free range. If I should what should I use and how often?

I'm a new chicken owner, and what I did was take some stool samples to the vet for parasite analysis.. It was all negative so I didn't deworm. My biggest concern was cocci. I didn't want to give the girls any chemicals if I didn't have to. It cost me $30. The regular vet did it. Hope this helps!
