should i fix the legs?

I have a new chick who kinda waddles around with its legs sorta kicked out.. not sure if it is full spraddle leg but should I treat it as such? the pics I've seen of spraddle have the chicken spread eagled out like doing the splits and she isn't this bad, but it is definitely not like the other 16.

They're not always as bad as the pics you will have seen. I'd treat, it won't harm. Had a partial spraddle myself just now, it managed to kick its bandaid off one foot after a day and a half somehow, but is running around fine now. I was told 3 days with a bandaid for a spraddle, but one and a half was enough for this one

I have one with a kicked out leg also...she drinks and eats just fine, and even tends to fly a little off the ground (4 wks), but when she tries to run with the others she is a little behind. It makes me want to cry because I don't know what to do. I can't believe there are no poultry vets in the country..ughhhhhh
