should I freeze the quail?

So I just finished processing half a dozen quail and I got them in the fridge. I was thinking of serving them up for thanksgiving, should I freeze them or just leave them in the fridge till thursday?

I would go ahead and freeze them. Processed meat can start to go bad after 3 or 4 days...I think. Why risk it! They thaw pretty easily being so small. What a great T-day meal!!
 
Does sound like a great quail day feast you gonna serve with dressing, green beans, & mashed potatoes & gravy.
