It looks like its starting to shrink wrap. He got this far though. What you guys think?

It's fine, but it looks like there is still blood in the membrane, so keep it damp and wait a bit. Here in this article is pics that show what the membrane should look like: https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/step-by-step-guide-to-assisted-hatching

Dampen the membrane with some clean water, but watch out by it's beak and put it back in the incubator with the humidity high, 60% +
