Should i help?

One of my eggs started hatching on day 23 the hole has been this size the last 10 hours, I can hear it chirp and can see it breathing but should i help a little? i feel he's getting tired?

I would wait a little longer if I were you. I’ve had chicks that have taken 24 hours to fully hatch. They’ll come out in their own time and interfering can do more harm than good. If it’s been over a full day and the chick is still having trouble, that’s when I’d start to help. Good luck with your chick, I hope everything goes smoothly!
