Should I keep my rooster separate from the hens?

My rooster just finished a week of tylan 50 due to upper realities infection. We kept him separate during medication time because it’s easier to give him the dose without having to chase and catch him. Should I keep him separate for another week or so until the antibiotics fade out? Or can he go back to his girls? Thanks in advance.
