Should I make this shed a chicken coop?

I got the shed with the house. It has gutters and shingles. Heres a video of it. Im making the plans now. Sorry it's so dark but, it's like 8pm here.
Btw it's 20ft Length and 15ft Width. It has a upstairs. I know it's not as nice as other sheds. It has heating and cooling. Electricity and yes running water. But, not instillation yet. I'd put better some in if I made it a chicken coop.

Is this a trick question? In my opinion, if you're not using the shed for anything else why aren't there birds in there already?

Idk. It has some stuff in it. But, my garage is huge. I'd repaint it and add flower boxes and flags with chickens :3. Also a cupla with a rooster vane.

decorations can be done anytime, I would go with this order; roosts, nesting boxes, bedding, chickens. Downspouts can be rigged into a watering system with water nipples. Oh and a run! I would go for it!

The run would have mulch though. Theres a ton of space. We have woods so I could make a little play pen. It's a really nice shed. Most sheds are not as nice with heat and cooling and stuff.

Exactly you have more than most of us dream of. If your in a position to take advantage of it, I would go for it!

I guess so. But, the cleaning job ;-; Its gross. But, could be fixed. The upstairs light is broken. I guess I'll made another vid and talk about what Id do LOL.
