should I or shouldn't I ?

I just got a mating pair of Pekin ducks, the female has already been laying and has once had a clutch ( at her old home ) so my question is should I try to leave the eggs for her to sit on or not, because I wouldn't want perfectly edible eggs to go bad!

If she lay's in one spot I would leave them, if she lays all over the place I would gather them.

They are generally in the same area but, not in the nest and she only sits on them a couple of times throughout the day. Should I move them back to the nest or just leave them where they lay?

Oh and so far there is only 2 eggs...wanted to find out before I had a good number of eggs and they all go bad...
