Should I pace myself? Advice plz

We started out with 7 chicks of 3 varieties (2 EE's, 2 BO's, 3 silkies). Of those 7, we still have 4 (found the silkies a new home).
Last year I added new banties, after flipping through the big book of poultry I got for Christmas.
Now I'm in love with banties and have picked a breed to stick with, and have quads in both varieties of the breed (mille fleur & self-blue d'Uccles).
I have a friend who wants my standard hens, and will get them next month when she completes her coop.

Pace yourself. Too much too fast and you will burn yourself out!

Your advice is all great, but I didn't really introduce my life to you either... we have 30 acres, a ginormous dairy barn, 30+ goats who I breed competitively, milk, feed, groom, etc... My animals are my job, second only to my husband and kids... we make a living off of hay and our animals usually break even at least, so I can handle a bit more then your average person... I do NOT consider animals 'beanie babies' EVER I know they are lifetime commitments, I've had animals all my life. I ran a flock of 25 Barred rocks and 10 mutts for 3 yrs as a teen, so I know how to proparly care for chickens, I just don't know much about their conformation and SQ etc... Chickens are NOTHING (work-wise) when compared to goats or horses, I'll tell you that! Their coops are quick to clean, auto feeders and waterers only need to be filled and cleaned once a week Vs everyday, same with chicks! Our kids get bottle fed 3X per day, fed all day, grained 2X a day, watered all day, pens cleaned daily... that's not counting them escaping on occassion or an illness, or milking, feed adults Pasture rotations, building toys UGH!

but YES I want too many breeds, that's for sure... we sat down last night and figured out how many coops and breeding pens we'd want per breed and it came to about 2 large coops and 3 breed pens per breed, so that's a TON of pens and coops... So I still need help deciding on which breeds to raise... I want at leat 2 diff breeds, one banty and one standard... I'm so torn
