Should I remove eggs from hen?

Hi,
I am a new member to backyard chickens. Although my family had chickens when I was a small child I do not remember the correct way to take care of them. I am hoping to gather information from all the knowledgeable people on this site and therefore take better care of the few hens and rooster I have at this time. I currently have a hen sitting on three eggs. Its been approximately three weeks and the eggs have not hatched (it may even be 4 weeks). Should I remove the eggs or give them a while longer to hatch?

They're probably not good, but I usually candle them with a flashlight first to make sure I don't see movement.
