Should I worry? Dry blood on nose

One of my girls has gotten what looks like dry blood on her beak just below her comb... Ive had my buffs get this before and it has always just gone away on its own. They do
Not act any differently at all but I figured I’d put a pick and get some advice just incase!!

Looks like she's skinned it, maybe on a feeder or fencing. Generally something like this I just leave alone, the scab will eventually fall off.
