Should my babie silkie be so small?

Hi,I only have expierience with 1 silkie and she was a grownup when I got her she was a house chicken and when I let her roam outside a hawk took her

.I loved her so much so I decided to get another silkie but they didnt have any grown ones so I got a baby.I thought she would get lonely so shes with a baby barred rock.The problem is is that there over a month old and rocky(the barred rock)is almost 4 times bigger than her.Do they usually grow this slow?

yes that is normal. bared rock mature alot faster so they reach their adult size faster. as long as the bared rock is not stepping on the silkie or hurting it I wouldn't worry.
