Should we eat a chicken that had Marek's?

Don't know if this should be under Meat Birds or Diseases, but we lost one dual-purpose to (most likely) Marek's Disease, and were wondering if others show symptoms should we just cull and bury them or could we eat the meat? I know humans can't catch Marek's but it seems wrong to eat a sick bird... Comments? Ideas? Feedback?

I am not sure I would eat them. The whole idea of having our own meat birds is to have birds that we know are healthy and well treated. Eating a sick bird kind of defeats that purpose I think. Just my opinion nothing really to back it up.

From what I've read it won't hurt you to eat it but, I wouldn't. Marek's is such an evil disease that the mere thought of eating a Marek's chicken makes me shiver.
