Show breeders of blue chickens

[Black Feather]

I'm looking for ideas on how to improve the color of my blue rosecombs. Any breeders of show quality blues out there?

I'm having trouble getting a nice lace around the feathers while keeping the color clear. The lacing seems to come and go from generation to generation and doesn't breed true. Any suggestions?
